The ‘Abstract’ Sauvignon Blanc is one of their best examples, and it really takes Marlborough Sauvignon to the next level. Fermented in old French oak puncheons with 100% wild yeasts gives this wine real complexity with distinct savoury notes mingling with classic blackcurrant leaf and tropical fruit aromas. Matt & Sophie source the grapes from a long-standing grower in Dillons Point and the proximity to the sea gives the wine a salty minerality.
