A very vibrant style of Chenin with notes of acacia, orange peel, white peach and apricot. Chiselled and focused, there is such a great line of freshness which is the backbone of the wine. A hint of miso, pink grapefruit, all with lovely definition and notes of orange peel and quince on the finish.
