Tasting notes

Crystallum's entry point Pinot Noir is as good as many winery's top cuvées. Combining fruit from five sources in the Overberg, Elandskloof and the Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge and Valley, it's a delicately spicy, juicy Pinot Noir with watermelon and wild strawberry fruit and filigree tannins.
