The 2021 Dominus is impressive from start to finish - a true legend in the making. Inky and dense, with a little air the detailed, muscular Cabernet aromas begin to lift from the glass. Black cherry, bramble fruit, dark chocolate, violets - each sip becomes more complex and layered, building on the palate. A muscular back bone of fruit, tannin, and freshness runs through the wine with purity, tension yet such harmony. Bravo!
