San Andreas Fault is the flagship bottling at Hirsch and it's an approachable style for drinking soon after bottling, although develops a beautifully silky texture with time in bottle. It's led by fresh red berry fruit, with red cherry and a mineral, slatey note on the palate, along with some subtle spice and fresh mint.
