San Andreas Fault is the flagship bottling at Hirsch and they think the 2021 might be the best they've made here. Expect fresh red cherry and plum aromas and flavours, along with exotic spice and wet stone. There's fresh mint on the nose and towards the finish, after a juicy, concentrated fruit-driven mid-palate.
