A Pinot Grigio that redefines your expectations of what this grape variety can do in the northern Italian region of Friuli. The grapes are sourced from two parcels of the Dessimis vineyard, a nine hectare vineyard in the commune of Mariano del Friuli. With a slight pink hue, the wine has hints of spice, supported by stone fruits, citrus and blossom.
