Guido Porro has two vineyards in front of the family home in the heart of Serralunga, from which he produces five superb wines. This is a gem of a wine and excellent value for money. Fragrant on the nose, with notes of plum and a touch of crushed garden herbs. A core of red berry fruit is given structure and definition by ripe, structural tannins and a vein of mineral freshness. An attractive and elegant Barolo.
