The Albillo grapes are sourced from 75+ year old vines in the village of La Aguilera and winemaking is in the capable hands of Jorge Monzón. The wine spends around a year in old french barrels gaining texture and complexity. Yellow fruits and juicy peach notes are supported with beeswax and honey notes.
