From the much lauded 2012 vintage this Rosé is a blend of 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay. Pale raspberry pink with a fine mousse. Aromas of crushed berries are followed by a silky smooth, restrained, but concentrated palate of spice and savoury structure. Perfect now but this will go on and on.
