15% of the blend of this Blanc de Blancs champagne comes from the famous Clos des Goisses vineyard. Notes of apricot, white flowers and freshly baked bread are evident on the nose and carry through onto the palate, which is rounded and broad-shouldered, while remaining undeniably elegant. The overall texture is creamy and rounded, yet there is a steeliness to the structure that gives this a refined character. The finish is savoury, dry and mouthwatering. A tremendous Blanc de Blancs.
