As always, this wine sees no oak and malolactic fermentation is blocked. The nose opens with notes of fennel, white peach and white grapefruit already giving a lot to enjoy. The palate offers real tension with a streak of salinity running through the core of the wine. As ever, a vibrant white that will age beautifully.
