Bright ruby. Black cherry, black raspberry, minerals, licorice and shoe polish on the nose. Intense, spicy black fruit and spice flavors in the mouth. Very fresh and delineated. Quite youthful and stylish for this wine : there is nothing heavy or rustic about this young Hermitage. Finishes with supple tannins.
