Tasted from tank - the red was harvested between the 6th and 28th of September and will be assembled 2 months before bottling. This is really sleek in the characteristic finesse you can expect from this address. Seamless layers of licquorice, violets, aniseed, with pristine black cherry fruit. This is a wine that wows for the focus, detail and elegance rather than power and muscularity. A beautifully spiced finish with accents of garrigue mark the finish. Very fine this year.
