Remarkably, this wine has remained in tank all the way up until 2022, slowly evolving and developing until the moment Even has deemed it perfect to bottle. It’s predominantly Grenache (85%), and on the nose it shows notes of nutmeg spice and wild berries. The mature, leathery profile of the palate shows fully resolved tannins wrapped around soft dark fruits. It’s an absolute bargain from a benchmark wine of the Ventoux.
