2014 Billaud-Simon Chablis Les Clos
The jewel in the crown, Les Clos is undoubtedly the best vineyard in Chablis. Samuel’s has nectarine, granite and honeysuckle on the nose, whilst the palate is broad, dense and seems to linger for ever. Sadly, there are only tiny volumes available.
