Tasting notes

Still in barrel. Pale colour, and with fully ripe aromatics. Picked at the perfect moment, and there is a superb backbone once again, this extraordinary mix of just ripe and aromatically generous. The flesh is once again beautifully understated but totally present. Drink from 2030-2038. Tasted Nov 2024. 5 stars.
