2004 Bonnes-Mares Grand Cru, Nicolas Potel

There is a charm and elegance to the fruit here, with both nose and palate open and expressive. The purity in the fruit comes through strongly but with a lovely amplitude. The finish has good structure and drive however, keeping the fruit in check and giving great focus and length to the overall wine.
