Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, this is demonstrative of the fantastic quality to be found in the white wines this vintage. The nose is vibrantly citrus, with subtle notes of cut grass and crushed stones. On the palate, this is fresh and zesty, with a lean minerality giving this a linear, tight and toned structure. Not showy, subtle in its elegance and incredibly pure, with the long finish showing notes of peach kernel and white stone fruits.
