Consistently impressive, 2015 has proved another good vintage for Pichon Baron. There is lovely juicy fruit that washes over the entire palate, with notes of graphite and oak spice adding complexity. The tannins build, but they are so ripe that they give a sensuous texture to the wine, building to a structured finish.
