2012 Château Le Pin, Pomerol

One of the smallest estates of the Right Bank, producing some of the most exclusive wines in the world. The blend is always 100% Merlot. The 2012 vintage was picked from five contiguous plots and harvested between the 1st and 3rd October. Le Pin is simply stunning with a perfume of violets, sea heather and a little pencil lead. On the palate fine grained tannins wrap around layers of black cherries, chocolate and nutmeg spice, all beautifully integrated with a finish that lasts forever!
