Wine Colour

The first thing most of us think about when choosing a wine is its colour. There are certain rules we all tend to follow: ‘rules’ we should maybe rethink. Red wine shouldn’t always be served at room temperature, white wine not always (very rarely) at fridge temperature. Just because you’re drinking fish doesn’t mean you have to discount red, just because it’s meat don’t totally discount white. In short, challenge convention, push the boundaries. You might just be pleasantly surprised.
