Still Wine

Still wine constitutes the vast majority of wines that are made in the world, but the world of still wine is unfathomably diverse in itself. From Kabinett Rieslings at around 8% of alcohol, to punchy Shiraz at 16%; from delicate, lively Sicilian Frappato, a red wine best served chilled, to rich, buttery, oaky Chardonnay that should be served considerably warmer, there is a still wine for everyone. The trick is to never stop searching.
