Crozes-Hermitage is the sweet spot of the Delas offering. This is their no-nonsense, great value, fruit-driven Syrah with notes of anise and red berries. Sadly in 2019 some of the parcels were badly hit by the June hailstorm, so volumes are severely reduced. But thanks to the fragmented layout of the holdings, some were left unscathed, and quality remains as high as ever.

This comes from a parcel of older vines, aged between 30 and 80 years. It is a textured and fragrant style of Crozes, with amplified fruit on the palate.

Delas only makes a wine from this celebrated site on Hermitage in the very best years. It comes from a parcel of old vines, and makes a wonderfully intense wine with dark fruit precision, elegance, and power.

This is a blend of three superbly well-placed plots on the hill of Hermitage: L’Ermite, La Tourette and Le Sabot. The nose is brimming with apples and floral spice. This should soar with a few years tucked in the cellar.

This comes from a site very near to Château Grillet, and shows great opulence and purity, but at a fraction of the price of its famous neighbour.

This is unquestionably one of the greatest vineyards in Côte-Rôtie and in 2019 is powerful and structured, yes with the vintage’s naturally ripe, silky tannins.Balanced, fresh, and extremely long.

This comes from some very smart locations: L'Ermite, Le Sabot, and Les Bessards. All things considered, it’s a brilliant price for the quality on offer here: floral notes, deep Syrah muscle underneath with sinewy tannins and robust dark fruit.
