San Giuseppe is a small enclave within Bricco Boschis with clay and calcareous soils. The colour is deeper with an expressive nose of woodsmoke, spice dark fruits and a slight tar note. This is a powerful and structured wine with 2001 stamped all over it.Very smooth and finely tuned, the tannins are discreet but certainly present and completely woven into the wine. This is seamless performance. Very long with perfect pitch. Ace wine!
