In bottle though there will be a second bottling shortly. Pale lemon colour. Not much nose at first. Then a little apple fruit with a light citrus rinse. 10% tank, the rest in wood. Quite full bodied, with a richness to the white fruit helped along by a touch of new wood, 12% in the blend. Drink from 2024-2027. Tasted: October 2023.
