With selection stricter than ever for the 2015, this effort is reflected in what is a deeply concentrated and intense wine. Loads of black fruit and black pepper on the nose give way to impressive structure on the palate, with plenty of tannin yet freshness, too. With a long finish, it's clearly a port which will benefit from time, and one that will continue to show off the classic Quinta do Noval power as it ages.
