Appealingly open and fragrant on the nose, with notes of mulberry, tayberry and a delicate florality. On the palate, this is creamy-textured, with dense, but finely grained tannins providing structure for a core of soft-skinned fruit, plum-bloom and violets. Refined and elegant, with a fresh minerality on the finish.
