Here are three spectacular French wines. Poruzots is a premier cru in the heart of the Meursault hillside, and this Chardonnay is a benchmark example from Etienne de Montille. Grivot's Clos de Vougeot is one of the best we’ve ever tasted here, so complex and deep, with floral, spice and fresh fruit. Vieux Château Certan is one of Pomerol's greatest names, and in 2006, this 75% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc wine is a harmonious example with wonderful intensity and beautifully pure, vibrant fruit.
