From vineyards planted in 1974 and 1978 this is a text Chenin giving flavours of pear, peach, yellow plum, and floral notes of apricot blossom. A little savoury miso note adds complexity with some waxiness on the palate. Real drive and energy here, with a charming hint of bitterness on the finish.
