Almond blossom, citrus peel and white grapefruit open on the nose, this is very saline and fresh. A little white flower and gentle creaminess and nuttiness appear on the palate with notes of apple, pear and melon with a breath of sea spray. There is a real crystalline energy here. So long and driven, there is a subtle bitterness which makes the wine even more compelling.
