Ava is a schist-derived Chenin Blanc from two sites in Riebeek-Kasteel and always tends to be a little richer and broader than Donovan Rall's Noa bottling. Aromas of straw, hay and oatmeal are a scented introduction to a palate of pear, citrus and mountain herbs and a salty, palate-tingling finish. 2024-29
