A blend of 56% Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc (18%), Chardonnay (17%) plus Roussanne, Marsanne and Viognier, from terraced estate vineyards in Blaauwklippen. Notes of orchard peach, Granny Smith apples and fresh ginger on the nose, with a beautifully textural and pithy finish.
