The 2021 Stars in the Dark comes from 2 vineyards in Gaansbaai. Facing North West, the 21-year old parcel is planted on Clay and the other 22 year old parcel is on Koffieklip. A cool vintage, the resulting wine is stunningly elegant and refined, with pure tannins and incredible focus. This will age beautifully. It’s not to be missed.
