Paper Kite comes from a 0.75ha plot planted in 1963, and is a blend of Semillon Blanc and Semillon Gris: the Semillon Gris is a mutation that crops up across the vineyard. This is a stunning Semillon, with notes of pepper and a slight herbal lift, as well as greengage and melon notes. Focussed and wonderfully long, it’s not to be missed.
