2018 Keermont Terrasse White, Stellenbosch

The 2018 Terrasse is a blend of 61% Chenin Blanc, 23% Chardonnay, 13% Sauvignon Blanc and 3% Viognier. It’s a lifted, textured white, with notes of ripe peach and Granny Smith, and complexity added with notes of ginger and lemongrass. The finish is focused and long, and there’s plenty of salinity, too. Really, really nicely done.
