Just so juicy and pure, with a lovely energy to the fruit, and a sense of vibrancy on the palate. Very saline and fresh, with wonderful aromatics, and a sense of precision on the finish.

Tasting notes

Aged in older barrels than the Reyneke White, this is another excellent Sauvignon Blanc from this impressive biodynamic farm. Nettley, mealy and leesy with tangy, crunchy acidity and just a hint of oak spice.
