This vintage of Cartology is Chris’s favourite by far. There were just enough grapes produced to do exactly what they wanted to do. There's so much sapidity here, and wonderful energy. So long, and saline and so much finesse. This is defined by purity and energy. The finish lasts for minutes: crunchy fruit, floral, and mineral all at once.
