Chenin blanc and Verdelho. 12.5%. Racy nose. Touch of reduction and lovely lift. Lovely texture on the palate. Sappy and fine, and lovely silky, salty character. Good energy and purity and crunchy apples, hint of pear and also almost ginger and green pistachio. So fine and long and slightly bitter. Makes you want to drink a full bottle.
