A vineyard at the bottom of the Hemel-en-Aarde valley (meaning literally heaven on earth) produces this deep, complex and powerful Pinot Noir. Broad shouldered but with remarkable lift, it's the balance on this that blew us away. All that fruit power is lifted by a long, saline, elegant finish. A Pinot Noir from the very top drawer.
