From a vineyard at an astonishing 700metres of altitude, this glorious Pinot Noir would not look out of place in the heart of Burgundy. There's cool-edged raspberry and strawberry fruit, with finely judged tannins and a stunning thread of acidity. It's such a shame so little is made.
