The 2016 Porseleinberg is a stunning wine: surely one of the best Syrahs from anywhere in the world. Notes of small flowers and dark fruit dominate the nose, with amazing energy and vibrancy. The palate is silky yet structured, with notes of crushed rocks alongside small berries and just a hint of balsamic. Remarkable, it's no wonder it's been labelled the 'Cape Cornas'.
