2015 Palladius, Sadie Family, Swartland
Chenin Blanc makes up the majority of the blend here, but there’s also loads of other varieties - it’s a true field blend. There’s intensity to the palate, with notes of stone fruits, oyster shell, and baked apples. Long and very complex, it’s a legend in the making.
