Tasting notes

This brilliant blend of Syrah with 14% Mourvèdre is grown on some of the stoniest soils on the estate and is fermented with 60% whole bunches. It’s a dense, wonderfully aromatic red, all cracked pepper, lavender and clove, with a compact foundation of tannin and acidity. A wine that pushes the region’s stylistic boundaries.
