The nose has notes of citrus and lemongrass, with that classic Constance marmalade-ness providing a wonderful backbone. At first taste, the balance between freshness and dried, confected fruit is delightful. This only improves as ‘zingy’ fresh apricot notes come into view. As always with Vins de Constance, the length is outstanding, whilst the lack of any cloying nature whatsoever leaves you wondering ‘how?’
