The Ensemble Pinot Noir is both a vineyard and barrel selection, with a portion of fruit from Bishop Creek that aims to express both vineyard and vintage. It opens with gorgeous aromatics of rose petal, pink pepper, cranberry with a touch of fresh earth. The palate is very silky and caressing in texture with accents of violets and red cherry finishing with a subtle note of nutmeg and savoury spice.
