The single vineyard, Falstaff, lies about 8 miles from the Pacific Ocean on Falstaff Road. It's very cool as a result and so this is the last picked. The influence of the coast leaves a tiny crop of concentrated berries. Intense, with black fruit and layers of fresh mint and spice.
