This the flagship Pinot Noir from Cristom, made with fruit from their estate vineyards, as well as some neighbouring vineyards, still in Eola-Amity. The 2021 Mt. Jefferson Cuvée is Pinot Noir is vibrant and fresh with bright acidity cutting through the ripe strawberry, blueberry and cherry fruit. It has 46% whole bunch, giving lots of spice and lift. There's an unashamed 'new world' style to this, with exuberant fruit and palate weight, but it remains silky and balanced.
