The second wine of Tim Mondavi's Continuum project. This is made entirely from fruit from their Sage Mountain Vineyard. Initially including more of the younger vines, as the vineyard has matured increasingly Novicium uses the fruit that seems more approachable earlier. This has a lot of the same woody herb, wild sage character of its big brother, with silky brambly fruit, cedar and vanilla.
