Spicy on the nose with dark blackcurrant fruit, cocoa, graphite, tobacco and nutty notes from high quality oak. There's more earthiness and spice on the palate and plenty of silky tannins, with fresh black fruit on the mid-palate but a dry, savoury finish. Bright and elegant, with tons of potential to age in bottle.
